Hello, I appreciate you are probably reading this because you have some difficulty in your life. My style of counselling is Relational Integrative which, in practice, means having an appreciation we are both human beings first. I am passionate about working with the person in front of me in a way that suits them. I will listen to you, hear you and honour your individuality in a safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental space. I work with adults and couples.
